regular exercise has become a dream for many busy people. They fail to attend their gym classes because of their loads. Thus, they end up to on and off exercise routines. I agree that it's hard to establish an exercise habit. But you can do some things to treat your body with healthy stretching.
If you know that you have a heart problem, or any serious disease that may cause complications, ask your doctor about the right exercise for you. He will give a list of proper exercises that you can enjoy during your breaks. However, if you're healthy enough and want to start the habit, think about the activity that you can enjoy; like cycling.
Going to gym is advisable, too. Your gym instructor can help you enjoy and finish your gym class. You can invite someone to join in fitness classes, too.
