exercise bikes are the best cardiovascular gym equipment, and I attest to that. I am not really a gym buff, so when I'm trying to catch up with my exercise, I spend ample time on the exercise bike. It's a classic, really, when you don't have the time to go outside and jog, the exercise bike is the perfect substitute. It burns off the fat from your body, it's the perfect
workout. It keeps me fit, toned, and most importantly, I have a good, healthy heart!
