I never knew that there were so many things which I do everyday that actually make me fat. Keeping ourselves fit is the most important thing that we should always maintain. Of course, this includes a
regular healthy diet and a lot of exercise. Hey, no pain, no gain, right? So, what are the things that we normally do that make us fat?
If you think that starving yourselves would make you thin, well, think again. Starving yourselves would only increase your appetite. Thus, when eating time comes, you stuff yourselves with lots of food like there's no tomorrow. Well, this, my friends, would make you fat, big time. When you do not know what you're eating, then, you're up for some major surprises. The calories that you take in without your knowledge would really make you bloated and fat. Of course, eating fast is always a no-no. Never ever eat like you're on an eating competition. When you do not take in enough water, you'll most probably confuse your thirst with hunger. Hence, you eat more when you do not drink enough water. Also, you have to ditch the
sugar-filled foods along with too much
simple carbs.
Lastly, there's the no-breakfast routine. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you do not want to be sluggish, energize yourselves and eat breakfast. If you do not want to eat like a pack of hungry wolves when lunch time comes, make some time for breakfast, would you?
