As we grow old, we experience changes in our body. As we reach the age of 50's, our bodies begin to lose the essential energy for every day activities. Such process is part of our growth. Some people fear ageing because it reminds them of deterioration, unproductiveness, and ugliness. The truth of the matter is, we can still enjoy life even in old age. Ageing does not mean we have to 'shut down'; rather we have to 'slow down' just like taking things as easy as we possibly can.
Unknown to many, our childhood plays a vital role in our maturity. If we have unhealthy habits during our youth, these will have negative manifestations as we reach old age. In other words, our health is our defense against ageing. We can achieve

We must exercise daily as to keep our blood circulation in regular motion; our flexibility can contribute in the prevention of accidents that may cause severe injuries. Also, if necessary, we may consult doctors to help us check on our health. And, finally, we must get rid of vices of all sorts: abstain, if not monitor,
alcohol beverage intake and quit smoking. All these practical hints are effective solution to our age-old problem.
