
Studies have shown that addiction to smoking causes the smoker, alteration of time. Thus, if you're a quitter, you may experience being very impatient, and crave for nicotine, for every 3 minutes from the day you started to quit. As each day progress, you will at least feel the cravings lessen, at least within 7-10 minutes per day. A good
exercise to avoid sudden cravings is to breathe deeply and slowly, and think of other pleasant things not related to smoking or your desire to smoke. And the most important thing is to just accept that quitting takes a lot of work but it will do you good in the end. Craving for nicotine is normal for quitters, and the craving will not at all affect your
health, it's just a mental thing.
