tone your muscles. Hold on, before you pick up the wieght or get on the treadmill, dont rush on
any work out with out warming up first. Stretch your muscles before putting them in a strainous activity.
Muscles that haven't been properly warm up will only result to injury. Stretching is an important part of your routine, but it is often neglected. Not only is stretching an important warm up activity, but it also serves as a cool-down exercise as well. Next time you go to the gym, dont forger to stretch - it reduces the
